All prices include 10% VAT.

9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and / or reservation changes must be communicated in writing and sent by e-mail to info@hotelvistabella.com or by fax to +34 972 253213.


Its validity will be subject to confirmation by the hotel by the same means. Flexible rates have a free cancellation up to 72 hours before the day of arrival at 00:00 CET - European Central Time (except 5, - Euros of cancellation fees). For cancellations with less than 72 hours on the day of arrival, the first night will be penalized and the rest will be automatically canceled.


For stays of 4 nights or more, 30% of the reservation will be penalized.


The Non-Refundable rate requires the total payment of the stay at the time of booking. The prepayment is not refundable in any case.


In case of early departure the hotel will invoice the full amount of the departure day and 40% of the rest of reserved and unused services.


For special packages and non-refundable offers, the total reservation will be penalized.


11. RESPONSIBILITY AND EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

Hotel Vistabella may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services submitted for hiring at any time and without the need for prior notice. The previous forecast will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.
