We would like to provide you with a list of the most frequently asked questions we receive, so that you do not have any doubts.
Do I have to make any payment at the time of booking?
Yes. To confirm the reservation it is necessary to make a payment of 30% of the total amount for flexible rates and packages. To confirm a non-refundable rate, you must pay 100% of the total amount. Payment is made online through a secure payment gateway.
How can I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation you must communicate it to us by written request to firstname.lastname@example.org, better if you do so in response to the confirmation email you received. Reservations cannot be canceled directly from the web or by phone for security reasons.
Can I modify my reservation?
All flexible rates allow changes within the free cancellation period, non-refundable rates cannot be modified.
Is the amount paid refundable?
If you chose a flexible rate or a package, the amount paid on account will be refunded if you cancel the reservation within the corresponding period. If you chose a non-refundable rate, NO amount will be refunded in any case.
Does my reservation have cancellation fees?
If your reservation is flexible or a package, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours BEFORE the day of arrival (e.g. if you have a reservation with arrival on the 15th, the last day to cancel is the 11th until 23:59). If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the amount paid on account will be refunded, minus € 5 for processing costs. If you cancel after the deadline or if you do not show up, the amount paid on account will not be returned as cancellation fee. For a non-refundable rate no amount will be refunded.
Can children be accommodated in the hotel?
Yes. Children of all ages can be accommodated although we do not have specific facilities for them (playground, miniclub, etc.).
Do you have cots or extra beds for children?
Yes. We have cots with a supplement of 20 Euros per night. It is possible to install extra beds for children up to 12 years old in some rooms. Don’t forget to indicate the number of adults and children (with their respective age) at the time of searching for availability on our website the system will show the available rooms for that occupancy.
Can I make a gift voucher with the hotel’s services?
Yes. We can prepare a gift voucher with a fixed amount to spend in the hotel and restaurants or a gift voucher with a service and / or reservation for a specific date. Make your request here: email@example.com
Can I reserve an additional service together with my reservation?
Yes. In the second step of the online reservation process, some services can be added: a bottle of cava, a bunch of flowers, indoor garage, etc. For any other service, you can leave a comment in the field "Special requests" that appears at the time of payment in the last step.
Does the hotel allow pets/animals?
Yes. It is possible to stay with small pets in some very specific rooms. You must check the availability of these rooms with our customer service BEFORE making your reservation. Animals only have access to the restaurant terraces, they cannot be left alone in the room and must be on a leash in public access areas.
Can I go with my pet to the beach?
La Cala del Bonifaci, located just below the hotel, does not allow animals. There are nearby beaches where you can stay with your pet. we can inform you at the front-desk.
What time can I arrive at the hotel?
The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. If they are available before that time, you can check-in as soon as you arrive. On the contrary, if you want to arrive earlier and the room is not yet available, we can store your luggage and you can start enjoying the facilities while waiting for your room to be ready.
What time do I have to leave the room?
The rooms must be freed before 12:00 p.m. If you want to stay for the day, we can store your luggage and you can take a shower or change your clothes in our courtesy bathroom before leaving.
Do the rooms have a sea view?
All rooms and suites have frontal sea view EXCEPT the “DOUBLE ROOMS – NO VIEW”.
Do the rooms have a double bed?
All rooms have a King Size double bed (2mt x 2mt) EXCEPT some double rooms – no view and sea view double rooms that have 2 single beds next to each other (1mt x 2mt each).
Do the rooms have a bathtub or shower?
All suites have shower and bathtub. Some double rooms have a shower and others have a bathtub, if you have any preference, do not hesitate to indicate it at the time of booking.
Is there a room with a hot tub?
Some sea view double rooms, exclusive junior suites and penthouse suites have a hydro massage bathtub. We recommend that you ask our team before making the reservation for availability.
Are there rooms adapted for persons with reduced mobility?
We have a sea view double room partially adapted for people with reduced mobility. Unfortunately due to the geographical location of the hotel and the design of the building, most of the facilities are NOT accessible by wheelchair.
Is there a parking at the hotel?
Yes. We have a free and guaranteed outdoor parking for all clients that DO NOT need a prior reservation. We also have a covered indoor garage that has a supplement of 22 Euros per night and should be reserved in advance.
Do you have a charging station for electric vehicles?
Yes. We have two charging spaces for electric vehicles in our garage. This service is free for hosted customers.
Does the hotel have a private beach?
No. In Spain ALL the beaches are public. But we have direct access to a small cove just below the hotel by going down some stairs.
Is there an outdoor swimming pool at the hotel?
No. We have a small indoor pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views in the SPA area that are for the exclusive use of our hosted customers.
Are there towels for the beach?
Yes. The hotel provides free towels for the beach and pool from the reception desk.
Is there wi-fi in all the facilities?
Yes. The hotel has free WIFI for customers in all facilities.
Is there a SPA in the hotel?
Yes. The hotel has a small SPA with an outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and indoor pool. Its use is exclusive for all hosted clients, for free. Its availability may be reduced due to the current situation, we recommend you check before with the front-desk.
Do I have to book a massage or treatment in advance?
It is not necessary but highly recommended if your stay is short or you want to secure a specific time or day. You can make your reservation by e-mail or directly at the hotel reception. You can check our massages and treatment here.
Can I get to the hotel by boat?
Yes. From mid-June to mid-September the hotel has a jetty/pier and a taxi boat service so that you can get to our hotel and restaurants by boat.
Can I rent a boat directly from the hotel?
Yes. The hotel offers you the rental of a 10.5mt Jeanneau Cap Camarat WA boat with a maximum capacity of 6 people with skipper. Check availability and prices here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is ALWAYS included. We serve it on the main terrace every day from 8:00 to 10:30.
Can I have breakfast in the room?
Yes. You can request it by calling reception. We serve continental breakfast from 8:30 am to 11:00 am with a supplement of 8.50 Euros for the service.
Is it possible to book half board or full board?
No. We only offer the option of booking accommodation and breakfast.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes. There are a total of 5 restaurants of different culinary styles. You can make your reservation in advance by email or phone or at the front-desk. You can check our restaurants here.
Is there a menu in the restaurant?
The gastronomic proposal of our restaurants change every season. We kindly ask you to check in advance the availability of a menu.
Can I come to the restaurant if I am NOT staying at the hotel?
Yes. All our restaurants are open to non-staying customers. We recommend that you make your reservation in advance. You can drive your vehicle to the hotel’s main entrance so our valet team will park it for you (at lunch time this service may have a cost on certain dates).
Can I get married at the Vistabella?
Sure! Weddings at Vistabella are very personalized, although we organize very few during the season between May and October. There are some date and capacity handicaps that you will need to consider. You can check with us for further details.
What Covid-19 measures have been adopted?
- The hotel has followed all the sanitary recommendations established by the government that refer to capacity limits, safety distances and exceptional cleaning and hygiene measures.
- You will find hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers distributed throughout the facilities. If you need more gel or masks you can request them at the front-desk.
- Cleaning protocols have been intensified in all hotel facilities.
- All the staff works with masks and it is recommended that you wear them whenever possible in public areas. We ask that you follow the directions of our staff at all times to guarantee your safety and other clients and workers.
- We ask you to maintain safety distances while waiting to be served at the entrance of our restaurants and especially follow the instructions for the correct use of the breakfast buffet.
