Lobster Campaign - Costa Brava Hotels de Luxe

Since 2012 “Costa Brava Hotels de Luxe” is an association that includes the main hotels of four and five stars in Girona’s coast. From June 20th until July 13th the first edition of the Lobster Gourmet Campaign is offered by all 17 associated hotels’ restaurants, coinciding with the capture season of this crustacean. The Vistabella hotel participates with this campaign in the restaurant “Balcó de Mar” where the following menu is proposed for this campaign, accompanied by Rovellats Champagne 2007 Collection, an exclusive Penedès long aging champagne and an excellent pairing with lobster.
