Festival Cap Roig
Between the towns of Palafrugell and Mont-ras, in the county of Baix Empordà, are the botanical gardens of Cap Roig. Here, nature, art, culture and history come together as a magical place. This botanical gardens are considered to be one of the most important in the Mediterranean and each year during the months of July and August its the chosen place to held one of the most emblematic summer festivals. This year its 13th edition will take place from July 20th until August 16st, 2013. Among the artists that will perform we’ll find: Elton John, Manel, Enrique Iglesias, Keane, Diana Krall, Fito y Fitipaldis, Melendi, Malú, Antónia Font, Katie Melua, Gossos, Rosario and Mark Knopfler.
