Gastronomy has always played a very important role in Vistabella, we like to offer different proposals to our customers during their stay and thus complete it, that is why we have 4 restaurants open all season and 5 during the months of summer.
Two years ago we made an important commitment to convert the typical menu from the hotel bar and turning it into another reference in our establishment, that was how "Gastromar" was born. Located on the main terrace of the hotel, opens in a very wide and uninterrupted schedule. The assessment of these last two years has been very good according to our clients, and with the intention of adapting to their requests and improving the service, we are developing a very important change of the menu. In 2019 we will release a renewed proposal that we hope will continue to meet your expectations, all accompanied by a large selection of wines, champagnes and champagnes from our cellar.
Thanks to the warm welcome that Gastromar has had from our customers, last year we expanded the terrace and we provided it with a large pergola, making it much more comfortable and better illuminated. An open and informal space and at the same time quiet and cosy. Additionally, at the end of your meal you can enjoy the chill out area of our "Blue Bar" to have a drink or a signature cocktail enjoying the best views and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea.
