This year the menu of the Blue Bar has suffered a metamorphosis, we have renewed it to offer a selection of complete meals made in the kitchen of Els Brancs. Good food and made with local products to enjoy your lunch or dinner in front of the Bay of Roses.
During past seasons we offered combination plates on the menu of the Blue Bar, but this season we have reset the menu and launched a new one with cold and warm starters, oysters, a selection of the best local meat and fish, signature desserts, and an assortment of typical Asian food dishes. All the dishes are elaborated in the kitchen of the restaurant with one Michelin star Els Brancs and are served in the three spaces of the Blue Bar: in the main terrace under the palm trees, at the sun decks or at the indoor tables that are over the terrace, wherever you prefer. This way we expect the Blue Bar to be not only the option for those who want to enjoy an appetiser or cocktail but also for those seeking a product-based cuisine in a luminous atmosphere and with views to the sea that are the source of much talk.
The Blue Bar, as the rest of the restaurants of the hotel, is open either for the guests or for the visitors. The restaurant is open from 14:00 to 23:00 h, except on Thursdays, and the bar service with drinks, cocktails and appetisers is open every day from 11:00 h and until late.
