The Town Hall of Roses along with several restaurants of this town is organizing the day of the Rose.
From June 7th until the 9th, women whose name is Rose have the opportunity to enjoy a lunch/dinner in one of the participating restaurants.
The first 1000 calls may choose, among others, “el Balcó de Mar” as one of the restaurants to enjoy an unforgettable soirée. A real balcony overlooking the Sea with a Mediterranean cuisine.
Our restaurant located on the second terrace of the Hotel Vistabella offers the best of the sea along with original and typical dishes of the Empordà region.

Every year the city of Girona welcomes spring with its festival of flowers. Each year in May, Girona is filled with flowers.

“Temps de flors” is a exhibition of flowers from artists from all over Catalonia that create stories with flowers on the monuments, in the patios and gardens, and the public buildings in the old quarter of Girona. This year’s 58th edition will run from May 11th until the 19th.

For ten days the city is enchanted and filled with colors and fragrances. You’ll be able to visit places and private houses that normally are not open to the public. "Temps de flors" is one of the most spectacular festivals in the Girona province.

Today May 2nd, on the occasion of the Day of the Comarca and during the celebrations of the Fires i Festes de la Santa Creu in Figueres, the awards Empordà 2013 were handed out.

This year the restaurant “els Brancs” was awarded with the Sirena award as an entity that has excelled in the promotion of outreach in the region.

This award would not have been possible without the support all these years of the people and entities closest to us. We want to express our most sincere appreciation to the Ayuntament de Roses (Town hall of Roses), the Consell Comarcal de l’Alt Empordà (regional council) and the entire team that has been part of the restaurant “els Brancs” since day one.

Since Thursday April 25th our hotel is open for the 2013 season.

We have been working hard this past winter months to innovate, create and improve our installations and services.
